    Hybridizations
  • The hybridizations are currently done under a coverslip (see graphic below)
  • To prevent evaporation the slides are place in a humidified hybridization chamber (pictured below)
  • This chamber is then placed in a 65 C water bath for 16 hours.
  • The protocol for the hybridization can be found here
  • We are also evaluating hybridization machines from various manufacturers

            Workflow
  • We are in the process of creating web based workflow schemes to manage the array workflow.
