    Liquid Handling
  • All liquid handling is done using robotic workstations
  • Currently,we use the Quadra96-325 with dual plate stackers (Tomtec)
  •            
                   
            Amplification
  • Inserts are amplified directly from bacterial stocks
  • PCR primers are complimentary to vector sequence adjacent to the insertion point
