Liquid Handling
All liquid handling is done using robotic workstations
Currently,we use the Quadra96-325 with dual plate stackers (Tomtec)

Amplicon Storage
Once the amplicons are purified the 96 well plates are pooled into 384 well plates
The 384 well plates are stored at -20 C until all the reactions for a array collection are complete
These purified products can be used for many array print runs
