Momiao Xiong, Ph.D. Dr. Xiong is an assistant professor at the University of Texas Medical Center at Houston. He is a statistical geneticist interested in microarray data analysis. He has been developing analytical solutions for molecular classification of disease based gene expression profiling. He will use our data in his studies and provide us assistance in using his new software.

Li-Cor, Inc. Li-Cor is the pioneer in developing infrared fluorescence DNA sequencing and analysis systems, and infrared dyes for DNA analysis applications. They have over 15 years of experience in development of automated DNA sequencing, infrared dye chemistry, image processing, and software development. Li-Cor has agreed to collaborate with the Center in evaluating their infrared dyes for microarray applications. This collaboration will include the necessary instrumentation to detect the fluorophores on microscope slides.

Molecular Staging, Inc. Molecular Staging is a biotechnology company that develops and commercializes gene-based tests and immunoassays based on their core technology, Rolling Circle Amplification Technology (RCAT™). They have agreed to provide technical assistance and reagents to the Center with regard to protocol development and enhancement. Letters from collaborators:
